How does this work?

You are assigned resources based on your package tier, these resources (Minimum Commit) are exclusively allocated to you and will not incur additional hourly/monthly charges. You can use up to the (Max Threshold) and will be charged on hourly basis for the additional resources used. At any time you can upgrade your package tier through our customer portal. The resources can be used to create virtual machines, networks, kubernetes clusters..etc.
What is the difference between CVS and Public Cloud Hosting?

Public Cloud Hosting provides you access to an infrastructure-level environment that allows you to create different type of resources on a hyperconverged infrastructure. This means if a failure happened on a compute node, you wonʼt have to worry about it affecting your cloud instance.
What is the difference between Private and Public Cloud Hosting?

With Public Cloud Hosting, your dedicated resources are carved from a common pool of hardware resources. This pool is monitored and scaled up by our engineers when necessary. This gives you the flexibility to scale up and down on demand, and only have to pay per utilization. Private Cloud Hosting on the other hand, is dedicated systems to a single tenant; this hardware solution is designed exclusively for the customer and is charged at a reasonable FLAT monthly rate. As a private cloud hosting tenant, you will have the flexibility to expand your cloud instance manually.
Why is there a max threshold on your packages?

Good question! A major pain point to many customers is ensuring their resource utilization doesn't balloon out of control without their knowledge. This ensures an expected maximum monthly bill. Our Advisors can work with you to increase this threshold on case by case basis. This also helps us limit the potential abuse of resources that could effect other tenants and keep costs down for you.
